Wonderful Dec - Annyeong 2015!

Assalamualaikum.

Another year is passing by. And a brand new is arriving soon. We're gonna start 2015 with 365 blank pages & I pray to be able to write something on each of the page. Insha Allah.

Personally, 2014 has been a great combination of bitter sweet journey for me. I successfully accomplished some of the resolutions I set up for myself earlier this year. Alhamdulillah. Although some of them needed to be brought forward to 2015; I will try harder to achieved them. With Allah's will that is. 

I've been given the opportunity to visit few countries during four different seasons. I managed to spent winter in South Korea earlier this year. In fact, I celebrated the first day of 2014 in Seoul. Never expected that to happened. I went to Japan for spring & witnessed by myself the glorious cherry-and-sakura blossom. I was in Thailand during the super hot summer season. One of the most challenging trip for me because I have to deal with the raging temperature. 

Yet, the most memorable trip was the last vacation of the year. Autumn trip to South Korea. It has always been my dream to witnessed the vibrant colours of autumn foliage in South Korea. But there were just too many dramas prior the trip; even after purchasing my flight ticket. I honestly didn't think I was gonna realize it. But I did! Alhamdulillah. 

I'm also blessed for the many beautiful souls that came entering my life this year. While I have never met most of them in person; I somehow know the friendship is worth keeping. I hope this friendship will remained until the end of time; albeit being 'virtual'. It would have been sweeter if we could meet in real life. Soon, perhaps?

Happy stories aside. My family is tested with the departure of my beloved uncle; last June. A few months before Ramadhan. Up to this moment, we still miss him. That very pain of losing someone dear will forever stay in our heart. Life has to move on despite how afflictive the process is. So they say.

My beloved country; Malaysia is not exempted from being tested. Numbers of mishaps, heartbreaking & devastating events befell us this year, I pray 2015 promises something beautiful to all of us. Looking forward for a good new change(s)!
